Shortage and pollution of water resources damages the ecological balance and seriously restrains the rapid development of the economy as well as national health. Therefore, the comprehensive utilization of water resources and pollution control, becomes an important issue for the sustainable development of human and nature. In this study, combining indigenous microorganisms with native aquatic plants by floating raft will be practice into pollution water treatment, which provides theoretical basis for on-side treatment of slow waters, such as lakes, reservoirs, large artificial ponds and rivers.Based on comprehensive assessment of pollution water, three indigenous strains of high degradation capacity that called W-02, W-04, W-07 were screened. After morphological analysis, physiological and biochemical identification and molecular biology identification, we ensured that the three strains were Bacillus licheniformis, Pseudomonas stutzeri, Bacillus megaterium. Through single factor and orthogonal tests, respectively, optimum growth conditions for the three strains were ensured. Then the optimum ratio of all kinds of microbes in complex microbial agents was ensured by orthogonal design, namely 2:1:2. Four native landscape aquatic plants were chosen to do the test. And the results showed that Eichhornia crassipes could get highest total nitrogen and COD degradation rate, which were 43.28% and 29.41% respectively. Total phosphorus degradation could be gotten by Phragmites australis, reached 43.67%.Eichhornia crassipes and Phragmites australis were chosen to conduct a 30 days period micro-phyto simulation test of pollution water. The results showed that treatment by microorganism and plant solely could reduce the total nitrogen, total phosphorus and COD effectively in the pollution water. While the effect of treatment combinined microorganism with plant was better. In the treatment combined microorganism with Eichhornia crassipes, the degradation rate of total nitrogen, total phosphorus and COD could reach 77.50%,60.93% and 85.63%. And in the treatment combined microorganism with Phragmites australis, total nitrogen, total phosphorus, and COD degradation rate could reach 64.23%,71.63% and 78.10%. In summary, micro-phyto treatment decreased pollutantsin the pollution water effectively and improved the clarity simultaneously that is feasible, which had good prospect.
