The various physiognomy in our country,have a lot of beach,lake beach and coastline,the geomorphic conditions like this makes these regions formed wide ranges of sludge layer or muddy soil layer.Due to the development of the industry in recent years,the rivers,lakes and the beach had been polluted by pollutant discharge,in the meantime caused serious water pollution,and the quality of the sludge also gradually declined,gradually the sludge evolved into a kind of pollution.Sludge due to its high compressibility and the rheological properties of strong causes the construction on the sludge layer deviation problems such as broken pile,pile foundation,even after completion will cause such problems as the subsidence of foundation and the road.Sludge harms for construction safety,environment and engineering so when construct on sludge layers should be adopted for sludge layers,reasonable and the treatment method of environmental protectionIn this paper,on the basis of the principle of sludge of clinker sintering in high temperature to change the nature of the sludge itself to try to improve local silt stratum compressive work ability.The sludge foundation treatment method studied in this paper can be summarized as using high temperature heating tube witch had been inserted into the mire to heat the sludge up by means of heat conduction(mean manner)and isothermal surface radiation(minor manner).In this paper,through the methods of testing,function fitting and establishing isothermal surface models to provides experimental data and theory for sludge high temperature solidification technology.This article main research content is as follows:(1)Sample the foundation sludge of Dalian Donggang district.And text the organic matter content of the soil moisture content,dry density and void ratio to determine the soil for test is sludge.(2)Text the sludge sample with the high temperature sludge consolidation test Simulate the construction site with the indoor sludge text.Record and analyze the data of each data collecting point.(3)Sample the high temperature sludge consolidation test.Text the samples through the uniaxial compression test.Through indoor inorganic chemistry experiment to quantify the hydrogen sulfide gas witch generated by every unit of the sludge,and provides the processing method of hydrogen sulfide gas.(4)Simulate the field condition by change some condition of isothermal surface experimental model to find a heat source distribution at the scene which is instructive.
