Heating ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) as an important part of the construction project of chemical plant, in the chemical plant safety, fire protection, security and comfort have vital role. Good HVAC construction quality in the whole project has a pivotal position. But in the actual construction project, the quality problems often occur. Therefore, the use of project quality management theory for the construction project quality problems of HVAC analysis, reasonable and meticulous quality management, to ensure the quality of construction project is very important.The ZT chemical plant HVAC construction project as the research object, described in the system based on the present situation of quality management of HVAC construction project, analyzes the HVAC construction project quality management and the existing problems, and puts forward the corresponding improvement measures from the aspects of organizational structure, site specific management methods. To ensure the construction quality of the whole plant is effectively guaranteed.
