Energy crisis and environmental crisis are the world's two major problems to be solved,because of this,natural gas for human social life,play an increasingly important role.In the long-distance transmission of natural gas,the general choice of pipeline transport,but close to transport natural gas if the choice of pipeline transportation,it will lead to high costs,which are generally based on vehicle transport.The tube trailer generaly goes through or park in vital communication line in the city or residential areas.Once leakage,combustion or explosion and other safety accidents happened,it will bring great threat to the lives and property of people.From this reality,the long tube trailer gas cylinder was studied research in this paper,The vibration monitoring technology and method based on frequency identification injury were studied and discussed.The research is promoted mainly from the following aspects.1)The research status of domestic and foreign research on cylinder of long tube trailer is analyzed and the typical problems existing in the design,manufacture,operation and inspection of long tube trailer cylinders are expounded.,the necessity and importance of the application of Vibration monitoring technology and method based on frequency identification damage in tube trailer are preliminarily demonstrated.2)Through a lot of manufacture and inspection methods of long tube trailer gas cylinders are discussed and by on statistic of damage types of gas cylinders and easy to injury sites and causes inductive analysis.The generation mechanism of cylinder failure mode is discussed.And further analyzes the necessity of real-time on-line vibration monitoring of long tube trailer cylinders based on frequency damage identification.According to the characteristics of long tube trailer running environment,environment and FBG vibration monitoring,the effect of cylinder vibration monitoring based on fiber grating sensing technology is discussed preliminarily.3)The methods of identifying the damage are described,and the relation between the natural frequency and the state of the objects monitored and tracked is determined.By ANSYS software,the simulation model of long tube trailer cylinders with differentdamage degree was built,the modal was studied and analyzed,and the natural frequency corresponding to each damage state was obtained.Finally,it was found that the severity of the damage caused The natural frequency decreases.4)According to the typical failure mode analysis and the finite element analysis results of the long tube trailer cylinders,the position of the vibration sensors is determined.The vibration monitoring of the cylinders is carried out using the fiber grating vibration monitoring technology.The dynamic data collection and realtransmission.This paper establishes the theoretical and experimental basis for the design and development of early warning and emergency response platform for long-tube trailer risk prevention and control.
