| In recent years,more and more people pay attention to the oil pollution of the sea and the river,people are eager to develop a kind of high oil absorbing material.Graphene,SP2 hybridized single planar atomic structure,has excellent thermal,mechanical and electrical properties.Graphene gel,as graphene assembly of a macroscopic body,has all the excellent property of the graphene,and large specific surface area,pore,light quality,which make it have wide application prospect in the treatment of environmental pollution.High oil absorption resin is a kind of low crosslinking polymer with low density,high oil absorption ratio and high oil absorption rate.Compared with traditional oil absorbing materials,the two kinds of oil absorbing materials have great research value.In this paper,a three-dimensional graphene-oil absorbing resin composite gel was prepared by the hydrothermal reaction of graphene oxide and oil absorbing resin emulsion as raw materials.In the paper,the main research contents and results are as follows:(1)LMA/BMA/MMA terpolymer oil absorption resin was prepared by emulsion polymerization.Regard lauryl methacrylate(LMA),butyl methacrylate(BMA),methyl methacrylate(MMA)as monomer,sodium dodecyl sulfate(SDS)and nonylphenol ethoxylates-10(OP-10)as emulsifier,ammonium sulfate(APS)as initiator,divinylbenzene(DVB)as cross-linking agent.Results show that SDS/OP-10 is 1:1 and emulsifier,causing agent,the total amount of crosslinking agent were 2%,2%,2.4% to monomer and LMA,BMA,MMA mass ratio of 2:1:2,absorption properties was the best,and the particle size was small with a large number of porous structure,hot and high stability.(2)The analysis of graphene oxide SEM,TEM,AFM showed that the prepared graphene oxide was about several hundred nanometers to a few microns,thickness of 1 nm,and the surface some coiling,through the graphene oxide dispersion liquid Tyndall effect analysis showed that in water to form colloidal.It confirmed that the preparation of the material is indeed graphene oxide.FT-IR and XRD analysis showed that the prepared graphene oxide was pure,and most of the oxygen functional groups were reduced after thehydrothermal reaction.Through the SEM analysis of the three-dimensional graphene gel,it is showed that it has the structural stability,and the porous structure has created the favorable space for the absorption of organic solvent.Through the study on the oil absorption properties of different organic solvents,it showed a high adsorption capacity.(3)The influence of temperature on three-dimensional graphene-absorption resin composite gel morphology,indicated that the temperature of hydrothermal self-assembly has a great affect on the sample size;the three-dimensional graphene-absorption resin composite gel SEM analysis,we can see many 3D pore structure of graphene-absorption resin composite gel,lamellar structure of oil resin dispersed in graphene;XRD FT-IR analysis of three-dimensional graphene–oil absorption resin composite gel can prove that the oil absorption resin.Comparing the absorption properties of three-dimensional graphene gel with three-dimensional graphene-oil absorption resin composite gel,It show that the introduction of oil absorption resin led to the increase of composite gel oil absorption ratio.so does the mechanical performance.Finally,a comprehensive analysis of the performance of the three kinds of oil absorbing materials,the results show that the high oil absorption resin and the three-dimensional graphene were combined successfully,and has achieved good results in the oil absorption properties. |
