In this thesis,three methylene phosphonate compounds are synthesized,which are melamine hexamethylene phosphonate?MHMP?,melamine hexamethylene phosphonate melamine?MHMPM?and melamine hexamethylene phosphonate magnesium?MHMPMG?.And the structure of the synthesized products are characterized by Elemental analysis,Infrared spectroscopy and Mass spectrometry test.Methylene phosphonate compound molecule contains multiple CH2PO?OH?2 groups,which containing P-C bond,showed good stability,hard to be hydrolyzed,resistant to high temperature and oxidation.It has broad application prospects in water treatment scale,wet phosphoric acid inhibitors and flame retardant in polypropylene.Scale inhibitor MHMP is mainly used for resistance CaCO3 scale,scale inhibitor MHMPM is mainly used for resistance Na2SiF6?K2SiF6?scale,flame retardant MHMPMG is mainly used in polypropylene material.The inhibition of MHMP and MHMPM on CaCO3 scale was evaluated by static antiscale method,compared with DTPMP and DTPMPS.The inhibition of the mixed inhibitors which made by MHMP and nonionic surfactant?OP emulsifier,Polyethylene glycol,Sodium dodecyl sulfate?distribution on Na2SiF6?K2SiF6?scale was evaluated by static antiscale method,compared with each other.The mechanism of MHMP was investigated by Scanning electron microscope?SEM?.Thermal stability of MHMPMG was studied by using thermal gravimetric analysis?TGA?.Properties of PP/MHMPMG systems were studied by using limiting oxygen index?LOI?,vertical burning?VB?,mechanical properties?Tensile strength and Impact strength?.The impact on retardant and mechanical properties of PP/?MHMPMG+FR?systems were further studied.
