With the development of our country’s economy, science and technology, the states demands to take environmental protection and energy saving more seriously besides ensuring safety towards industrial production. With the intensive introduction of environmental policies in 2015, the investment volume in energy saving and environmental protection raises to 100 billion within a year. Boiler, the nation’s important energy consumption equipment,is widely used in oil, chemistry and power plant industry. But there is still a big gap between our country and the developed countries in energy saving and economic operation.Boilers in transfer station take up the great responsibility on the oil insulation of gas station and heating station staffs’ life. Transfer station’s fuel boiler’s operation quality affects the transfer station’s performance and station staffs’daily routine. Two aspects are making sure the boiler work economically and safely. First one is the operation condition of boiler’s water cycle system. Water is an important carrier for boiler’s heat conduction. The poor quality of water in the boiler may leads to scaling and corrosion which directly affects the safe operation of boiler. The other one is the boiler’s combustion conditions, which directly affects the exhaust temperature and the thermal efficiency of boiler. This paper takes the two aspects as the base for the main research.1.This paper conducts an investigation on five transfer stations which have ten sets of boiler water treatment system. To drawing the water treatment assessment tables and detecting water quality. The existing problems and solutions in each transfer station are put forward based on the testing results. The feasible suggestions are provided for the boiler room workers, and guarantee the boiler work in stabilize and economical operation.2.Based on Fluent platform, numerical simulation about WNS fuel (gas) boiler c ombustion situation are did. By analyzing the fuel boiler combustion temperature di stribution inside the furnace, this paper got the temperature field and the distributio n of components. Because the boiler rooms are located in the loess plateau region, with the increase of altitude, the oxygen in air is reduced. With the reduction of o xygen combustion, the oil burning boiler temperature is faliing, and CO content inc reased. During the actual operation, workers usually change the excess air coefficien t by air volume, it is found the bigger excess air coefficient cause the stove heat 1 ost more, the emission of CO and CO2 is less. On this basis, the dereferencing val ue method of excess air coefficient in high altitude are presented. The numerical si mulation makes sure this method’s accuracy.According to the research, there are few materials about completely analysis of boiler water treatment quality assessment and fuel boiler furnace numerical simulation. Based on a company’s operation and structure of the transfer station boiler parameters for reference, this paper analyzed the boiler water treatment and combustion condition, which are the most important parts in the safe and economic operation of the boiler.
