With the increasing reduction of non renewable energy sources,The use of new energy sources to replace traditional fossil fuels has become the most popular.nevertheless,The pollution and resource consumption of the internal combustion engine of construction machinery have received more and more attention,And the engineering machinery in our country ownership,but also continued to increase,But new energy saving technology is generally used in small household cars,and for large construction machinery,how to achieve energy recovery is an urgent problem to be solved.Tramcar(also called Off-Highway Truck,Super truck)between 100-360 tons,the speed is about 30-40km/h.Off-Highway Truck is running on the downhill on the ordinary road,and large carrying capacity,The Off-Highway Truck runtime inertia energy,Brake Off-Highway Truck long time is the biggest characteristic of the Off-Highway Truck.The brake system is grid resistance and mechanical brake assembly,most of the energy in the gate resistance in the form of heat consumed.Only in the mechanical brake truck speed decreased to very low or emergency use.Truck braking energy emitted in the form of heat energy,the energy waste is serious.Multi objective optimization is generally uncertain.In addition the energy feedback device,control parameters,system complexity,multi-objective optimal control difficult to achieve.Optimal solution can be obtained by multi objective optimal control.Combined with Off-Highway Truck,the multi-objective control and computer simulation is introduced to the vehicle parameter optimization design to,so as to realize the reasonable matching of the battery and the motor and transmission system,improve the overall performance of the truck.This paper has mainly carried on the following research:1?The application of multi-objective optimization in the Off-Highway Truck,based on the vehicle dynamic characteristic analysis.2?The construction of the Off-Highway Truck energy feedback system optimization index system,according to the characteristics of multi-objective optimization.3?According to the parameters of tramcar and energy feedback device,complete the modeling of engine,generator,drive motor,power battery and transmission system.4?Using MATLAB/ADVISOR to simulate the power of the vehicle and battery life,by using fuzzy control to get the optimal power demand,which verifies the rationality of multi objective optimal control.This paper has certain theoretical significance,provide theoretical support for the optimization design for the Off-Highway Truck.
