Cyclaniliprole(IKI-3106)is a bisamide insecticides with fish Nitin receptor inhibitors by Ishihara Corporation of Japan,and It is also a a new kind of high efficiency and low toxicity,broad-spectrum insecticide and other characteristics.It to housefly,diamondback moth,aphids and other pests have very good killing effect,and also has the very good systemic activity,mainly used for the prevention and control of lepidoptera and sucking mouthparts pests.On the basis of literature review,this paper introduced the synthesis process of Cyclaniliprole and its intermediates.Synthetic intermediates 3-bromine-1-(3-chloropyridine-2-yl)1h-pyridine-5-formic acid,2-amino-3-bromine-5-chloro-N-(1-cyclopropylethyl)benzamide and target product Cyclaniliprole and and these compounds` structure were characterized by 1HNMR.(1)The synthesis of 3-bromo-1-(3-chloro-pyridin-2-yl)-1H-pyridin-5-carboxylic acid.and then with phosphorus tribromide bromine generation reaction to give3-bromo-1-(3-chloro-2-pyridinyl)-4,5-dihydro-1H-pyrazole-5-carboxylate,and then after dehydrogenation togive 3-bromo-1-(3-chloro-2-pyridinyl)-1H-pyrazole-5-carboxylate,finally with methanol and sodium hydroxide hydrolysis to get the product.(2)The synthesis of 2-amino-3-bromo-5-chloro-N-(1-cyclopropylethyl)benzamide.it is made up of cyclopropyl methyl ketone and formamide,anhydrous formic acid amination reaction generated N-(1-cyclopropylethyl)formamide,reacts with concentrated hydrochloric acid to get 1-cyclopropyl ethylamine,then 5-chloro-2-nitrobenzoic acid react with thionyl chloride to get acyl chloride,and then reaction with1-cyclopropyl-ethylamine to form 5-chloro-N-(1-cyclopropylethyl)-2-nitrobenzamide,then through the nitroreduction to get 2-amino-5-chloro-N-(1-cyclopropylethyl)benzamide,throuth bromination reaction to get 2-bromo-3-bromo-5-chloro-N-(1-cyclopropylethyl)benzamide.(3)The synthesis of Cyclaniliprole.Two intermediates throuth amination to get the target product.Through feasibility studies on synthesis process of Cyclaniliprole,we screened a more optimized process route,analyze the various specific factors affecting the product yield,obtained ideal synthetic route parameters,the entire synthetic route of the method is moderate,the economic outlook is good,and for the industrialized amide products has laid a good foundation.
