Super Absorbent Resin?SAR?is a new type of functional polymer material which has been widely used in various fields.Currently,as synthetic SAR generally suffered from low water absorbency,high production costs and rather toxic reaction reagents,therefore,to synthesis the environmental friendly composite SAR at giveaway prices had attracted numerous researchers' attention.Organic/inorganic composite SAR due to the addition of inorganic components,which can be complementary to the organic monomer,obtain excellenct comprehensive performance SAR,is the hotspot in the research of SAR.In this thesis,we used the OMMT/Nano-TiO2 as the inorganic materials,acrylic acid?AA?,acrylamide?AM?,2-Acrylanmido-2-methylpropanesulfonic acid?AMPS?as the monomer,cyclohexane as the oil phase,N,N'-Methylenebisacrylamide?MBA?as cross-linking agent,potassium persulfate as initiator,Span80 as dispersant under the condition of inverse suspension polymerization with the N2 protection to afford the newly organic/inorganic composite SAR.The mainly research contents are as follows.?1?OMMT/AA/AM/AMPS organic/inorganic composite SAR was prepared by inverse suspension polymerization with OMMT as the inorganic material.Their structures were identified by infrared spectroscopy?FTIR?.We found that the OMMT had been inserted into the interior of the resin.Further SEM confirmed the conclusion.The absorption of composite SAR for water and saline water were 825 g/g,108 g/g,respectively.The adsorption capacity of metal ions in soil test showed that composite SAR had better adsorption capacity of Cd2+ than Cu2+ and Pb2+.The soil degradation rate of our composite SAR was 30.3%.The results showed that composite SAR was a kind of environment friendly composite material.?2?Nano-TiO2 /AA/AM/AMPS organic/inorganic composite SAR was prepared by inverse suspension polymerization with Nano-TiO2 as the inorganic material.The Nano-TiO2 was added into the SAR with mechanical stirring to obtain the Nano-TiO2 /AA/AM/AMPS organic/inorganic composite SAR.We found that Nano-TiO2 equally dispersed on the surface of the SAR by the aid of scanning electron microscopy?SEM?.Composite SAR had good absorbency and high adsorption capacity of mental ions.Under UV condition,the degradation rate of composite SAR is as high as 79.2%,which is far higher than the SAR without Nano-TiO2.?3?Nano-TiO2 /OMMT/AA/AM/AMPS organic/inorganic composite SAR was prepared by inverse suspension polymerization with OMMT/Nano-Ti O2 as the inorganic material.The effects of various parameters on the water absorption and photo degradability were investigated through orthogonal experiment method.The orthogonal experiment results illustrated that the best optimized reaction conditions were as follows: the dosage of OMMT,initiator,Nano--TiO2,crosslinking reagent was 10%,0.7%,6.5%,0.105%,respectively;in the meantime with the 70% of neutralization degree under temperature of 75 ?.The absorbency of newly synthesized composite SAR to distilled water and saline water were 1692.3 g/g and 154.3 g/g,respectively;the UV degradation rate was 83.9%;the soil degradation rate was 30.3%;the adsorption capacity of metal ions in soil of the composite superabsorbent resin was Cu2+>Cd2+>Pb2+.In the light of our composite SAR has both high water absorbency ability and good degradation ability,it exhibits good application prospect in agriculture and forestry.
