| Open-pit mine management has always been a major problem encountered by mining workers, most of the open-pit mining choose abandoned open pit after mining which is neither economic nor environmentally friendly. So the use of open pit has become a new research object. In this study,we take AXI gold as background, using the existing open pit to discuss the influence of the tailings heap on the underground stope so as to realize the treatment of the open pit.First,we proceed the accurate theoretical determination of the bottom structure using empirical formula, then use numerical simulation software to simulate the influence of changing stress on the lower goaf in the progress of tailing load.In the process of simulation,ANSYS software and FLAC3 D software are combined with each other, and the finite difference method is used to calculate the real-time stress variation under the appropriate model. The following conclusion was obtained after analysis: the stress ratio of the original tailings is smaller than that rebuilt into dry slag tailings, tailing loading has a little effect on the lower ore body in the tailing loading progress. On the basis of the above analysis, the stability of open-pit roof is analyzed on the open pit piling dry tailings condition. In the dry slag tailing loading progress, the north open pit is less likely to have large landslides but local landslides, and it might have some influence on reservoir capacity. So the final conclusion is that in the process of AXI gold open pit mining, the additional stress produced by dry slag tailing has little influence on the lower mining, and the influence of the tailings on the mining of the lower orebody is also small,so using the existing open pit to stack the dry slag tailing is feasible. With the development of society, resources are continuously reducing during the exploitation,so does the available land resources, the using of open pit for dry tailing is of great significance for China’s mining industry in the exploration of open-pit mining into underground mining,to find the right Tailings and sustainable development. |
