Blooming mill drive motor of the sliding bearing is the key parts and components,machine not only inherit the motor rotor weight,still need to inherit the mill rolling process of axial load;the condition is large impact load of low speed,frequent positive and inversion operation and heavy loading.Because of poor working conditions,in order to guarantee the reliability of the system,design and manufacture of bearing is put forward higher requirements.Usually need to import the blooming mill motor sliding bearing,the price is high,the delivery time is long.To grasp the core of this kind of bearing design technology,need to study under the impact of alternating load,bearing oil film bearing capacity analysis,the design and analysis of the impact damping structure and bearing the overall structural strength checking.In this paper,the main work is as follows:(1)According to the characteristics of the operation condition of the sliding bearing used in blooming mill drive motor,the analysis of bearing force,identified using circular support key structures such as thrust pad and disc springs.Calculate and determine the time and size of axial impact load,using professional software CMD5.0 of blooming mill of 6000 kw motor with radial and thrust tile has carried on the design and calculation,and USES the Fluent software for radial tile static jacking structure on the flow field simulation.(2)Against impact load conditions,the circular elastic thrust tile lubrication equation is deduced,the thrust pad stiffness damping parameter,and established the saucer spring support circular thrust tile mathematical model of transient response and the impact load of oil film parameters such as amount of compression,the minimum oil film thickness.(3)In view of the roll breakage accident conditions,the use of numerical analysis in finite element analysis software for bearing structure parts.Tracking the developed product operation records and test data,shows that the technology developed by the bearing is reliable,verified the feasibility of the technology.Research show that the circular elastic thrust tile structure and disc type spring sliding bearing,bearing of blooming mill motor can effectively resist impact load to steel rolling process,ensure the safe operation of the system.
