Based on the abundant sinocalamus affinis and Japanese cedar in Sichuan province as the research material, through processing the low sinocalamus affinis and Japanese cedar materials become good performance of high value-added composite plate. Through the orthogonal experiment on the influence factors of the preparation of sinocalamus affinis-Japanese cedar composite board research, in order to determine the optimal preparation technology. Main physical and mechanical performance, determination of the bamboo and wood composite panels. Based on the analysis of the different hot pressing pressure, hot pressing time and hot-pressing temperature in the hot-pressing process of sinocalamus affinis-Japanese cedar wood compound material mechanics performance influence. For the preparation of bamboo and wood composite plate ultraviolet aging test, measure its aging resistance. The main results are as follows:(1)Different hot-pressing temperature, hot-pressing time and the thermal stress is affect the physical and mechanical properties of bamboo and wood composite plate of the three main factors, Through the adoption of three factors three levels orthogonal test experiment, Results show that:when hot-pressing temperature is 130?, hot pressing time is 12 min, hot pressing pressure is 1.0 MPa, which is the best hot-pressing process. The physical and mechanical properties are best:board density is 0.87 g/cm3,24 h absorbing water thickness expansion rate was 1.53%. the static music intensity is 135.2 MPa. the bending modulus of elasticity of 15.70 GPa, the bonding strength is 0.72 MPa,(2)Under the condition of different temperature, time and pressure, various performance range of bamboo and wood composite panels are as follows:bamboo and wood composite board density is 0.56?0.86 g/cm3, static music intensity is 93.3?135.2MPa, the bending modulus of elasticity was 10.36?15.70 GPa. internal bond strength was 0.55?0.72 MPa.(3)With JH-P UV resistant climate chamber for bamboo and wood composite panels aging resistance test, the results show that the plate of static music intensity, on average, initial value is 132.6 MPa, four aging period after the end of static music intensity value is 89.1 MPa, the retention rate of 86%.Bending elastic modulus of the average initial 15.20 GPa, four aging period after the end of the bending modulus of elasticity is 10.20 GPa, retention rate of 77%. And the influence degree of the aging process on the bending elastic modulus than the impact on the static music intensity. And sinocalamus affinis-Japanese cedar composite board after four cycles of aging treatment on the mechanical properties after retention rate were over 70%, is higher, bibulous rate is 8.3%, plank of ageing resistance performance is good.(4)The preparation of composite panels with Sinocalamus affinis and Japanese cedar, the process parameters for the data comparison, with the temperature, pressure and time for the three factors. MOR, MOE, internal bond strength reached the LY/T 1055-2002 standard for<automobile carriage soleplate with bamboo plywood>, LY/T 1573-2000<bamboo flooring>, GB/T 21128-2007<The structure with bamboo-wood composite panels>, A grade board rules. Sinocalamus affinis and Japanese cedar composite panels can be used as automobile carriage soleplate and most of the structure material, also can be used as furniture and flooring.
