Study Of Rapid Determination Of Cadmium In Grain Products

This thesis investigated the rapid determination of cadmium in grain products.The grain products were directly diluted with dilute nitric acid solution or agar suspension and shaken rigorously.After collecting the supernatant of the aqueous solution of grain by centrifugation,the cadmium content was then determined by GF-AAS.Grain products could also be directly determined by X-ray fluorescence spectrometry after grinding and fractionation by meshes.Results showed that,the measured results of the rice standard substance were within the standard range,and there was no significant difference of cadmium content between the above methods and microwave digestion,indicating that the methods of cadmium in grain products was reliable.The methods show obvious advantages with no digestion process,rapid and convenient procedure,cost savings and reliable results.They can be potentially used for rapid determination of cadmium content in grain products.
