Dangerous goods play an important role in the industrial system of our country.The application of dangerous goods is becoming more and more extensive.In particular,the demand for powdery dangerous goods is also growing.At present,all the packaging of powdery dangerous goods in China are operated by manual operation,and the production efficiency is very low.At the same time,powdery dangerous goods can easily cause safety accidents in the production and storage process.Therefore,we need to develop an automatic packaging production line of powdery dangerous goods.The inner bag tying device of double packing bags which is used for powdery dangerous goods,is the key component of the automatic packaging production line.The main content involved:(1)According to the design index,using the concept design method to caculate the behavior and function structure of the inner bag tying device.Constructing mathematical model for the separation stragety of bag,the way to close the bag and the way to tie the bag.(2)Using Fuzzy set theory and tone operator to evaluate and optimize the design solutions.Theen solving the relative membership degree matrix of each solutions.Then find the result of weighting of each influencing factors,and find out the relative membership degree vector of basic unit system and integrated unit system.Finally,find the best scheme.(3)According to the optimized overall design scheme,using Solidworks to establish the 3D model of the inner bag tying device.Then design on the detaileds of each part.(4)Installing and debugging for the prototype of inner bag tying device.It is proved that the device has reached the design requirements by testing the prototype.
