| China is the world’s largest textile exporter and consumer countries. As one of the pillar industries of our country, printing and dyeing of textile industry plays a very important role in our national economy. While bringing economic benefits, the environmental pollution caused by the printing and dyeing of textile industry can not be ignored. Since 2013, China began to develop emission standard of air pollutants for dyeing and printing of textile industry, which will be used as a national mandatory standard for the printing and dyeing industry to strictly control exhaust gas emission. In this paper, the lampblack and volatile organic compounds(VOCs) were analyzed to carry on the qualitative and origin analysis.First of all, this research has made a survey of 14 enterprises in China’s viscose fiber industry, and analyzed the current level of gas pollutant emission, the current situation of the policy and the future development direction. Then, chose two representative enterprises as monitoring objects in China’s largest textile agglomeration—Shaoxing. Monitoring the VOCs emission in the fabric warehouse, singeing, bleaching, dyeing, shaping workshop, mainly focused on the analysis of concentration of TVOC and finding out the production process with higher VOCs concentration. Then, according to the measured data, it is estimated that the TVOC produced by the printing machine is 117 thousand and 500 tons per year in the whole country. Secondly, several typical lampblack samples produced by setting machine and ironing machine were selected, and their compositions and possible VOCs were analyzed by GC-MS and Raman spectroscopy. Finally, the two types of auxiliary used in heat setting process were selected. First, with the FID and PID gas detector to measure the total amount of its TVOC, the auxiliary with larger amount of exhaust gas were selected. According to the actual production process of the factory, simulating the process in the laboratory, and collecting the tail gas. The composition analysis was performed by GC-MS, and the source of VOCs was analyzed by Raman spectroscopy.Through experiments, the following conclusions were obtained: In the investigation of the two enterprises, in addition to the printing process, the VOCs produced by other processes have lower levels of non tissue emission. In the printing process, in particular where the printing paste mixed, TVOC emissions exceeding 50 times. It is proposed to establish a sound and good protective measures and mechanisms to reduce the damage to the environment and workers. According to estimates, TVOC produced by printing machine in China every year is117 thousand and 500 tons; The main component of detection of textile dyeing and finishing lampblack are alcohols, benzene, alkanes; Softening agent and resin finishing agent analysis results for the main components of softener exhaust are halogenated hydrocarbons, alcohols, ethers, fluorine etc. Resin finishing the main compositions of the gas collection of halogenated hydrocarbons, alcohols, ketones, ethers, acids etc. Low boiling point solvent is the main source of VOCs. |
