The veterinary drug residue is very important in raw milk quality control; the excess drug residue will directly endanger the health of consumers. In this paper, we try to look for some rapid, simple methods to screen veterinary drug residues in milk and dairy products, the rapid test methods could meet the requirements of dairy plants, conform to the requirements of the state of veterinary drug detection limit at the same time, and also try to setting up veterinary drug management system, to help and manage the suppliers in the standardization of the veterinary drug use and legitimacy. The study results are as follows:(1) The evaluation the detection limit, specificity and stability of ELISA method, the results show that ELIPSE 50 method can test the β-lactam, tetracycline, sulfa and aminoglycoside simultaneously, the detection limits are penicillin G 4μg/kg/kg, Cefalexin 5μg/kg, Tetracycline 50μg/kg, Sulfa 50μg/kg respectively. The melamine, urea and hydrogen peroxide, sodium thiocyanate, L – hydroxyproline could not affect the accuracy of test results. The good repeat and reproduction of method is verified by 10 repeat tests in the same batch repeat and different batches.(2)Optimization of veterinary drug residue detection method based on ultra high performance liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry in milk and dairy products, the results show that the Oasis HLB solid-phase extraction column, with acetonitrile, methanol(volume ratio 4:6) and ethyl acetate of plus or minus two ion veterinary medicine extraction solvent, can achieve the effective detection of veterinary drug, and established the regression equation of the different kinds of veterinary drug residues testing and detection limit. The established ultra high performance liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry method of veterinary drug residue recoveries and relative standard deviation are 71.4%-110.4% and 2.03%-10.23% respectively.(3) The construction of veterinary drug management system: to ensure raw milk safety by strengthening the control of veterinary drugs and propaganda of drug using, reduce the risk of veterinary drug residue. The control of veterinary drug residue by ranch, dairy plants, market triple test procedures, the introduction of veterinary drug service center, the standard veterinary drug supply; setting up the ranch elimination system and daily management system, access system, feed veterinary drug supplier recommendation, strictly regulate the behavior of veterinary drug use.
