| Regional ecological environmental is the foundation and key point of regional sustainable development ability, its quality marks the sustainable development ability of regional economy 。 The research on ecological environmental quality evaluation and development trend, preventing the ecological deterioration, is of great significance for harmonizing the human-nature relationship and promoting regional sustainable development. The paper analyze the ecological environmental quality status of Fufeng, based on its actual situation and Mathenatical statistics and analysis. Through the comprehensive score position, The paper make an analyze the quality of ecological environment and change trends in the past five years of Fufeng County, then puts forward the existing problems and protection measures of ecological environment in Fufeng county. The main conclusions are:(1)The paper takes Fufeng as research object, based on the “social-economic-natural” Complex ecosystem of Ma shijun. Refering to the domestic representative evaluation index system and Shaanxi’s index system of creating ecological county, the paper set an index system of the fufeng’s ecological environmental quality evaluation, which contains three factors of economy, environment and society. The system has 3 levels and 23 indexes.(2)The paper use the principal component analysis(PCA), which is a objectice method of empowerment, to give weights, integrating the original indicators into a few principal components, calculate the weights average with the contribution rate of the principal components, then construct a comprehensive evaluation index. As a multiple indicators analysis method, the weight of a principal component is the contribution rate. It can reflect the ratio of information of the raw data, this method is scientific and reasonable.(3)The evaluation results show that from 2011 to 2015, the ecological encironment quality of Fufeng is an upward trend in a healthy state of development, after a tortuous development. In the next step of ecological protection and construction work., Fufeng should pay attention to the issues below: pollution emission intensity, effect of environmental protection investment on pollution prevention and control, impacts of Clean Energy Use and Resource Use Efficiency on Environmental Quality, Effect of Population Quality and Environmental Consciousness on Eco- environmental Protection. Fufeng should implement ecological protection projects, improve the efforts of pollution control and environmental advocacy, increase the environmental protection investment, improve resource utilization and optimize energy structure. |
