The coating trademark fabrics are manufactured through dry-coating and wet-coating,In wet-coating of polyamide,PA6 fibers or waster silk dissolved in methanol-calcium chloride solvent are mostly used and some appropriate filling agents are added to prepare coating paste which is coated on the nylon fabric or blending fabrics containing nylon fibers.Subsequently,the phase inversion of coating paste occurs in the coagulation bath,to form a polymer film on the fabric surface and make the coated fabric with good feeling,breathable moisture permeability and elastic properties.However,there are still many problems in the wet coating production of traditional trademark coated enterprises,such as poor anti-adhesion of coating fabric,high pH and printing performance is not stable enough,and these properties are inextricably linked to the structure of PA6 coating film.To solve these problems,The effect of inorganic fillers on the properties of PA6 coating film and wet-coating trademark fabrics were deeply investigated in this paper.Then this paper screened the most suitable fillers which could be compounded and applied in the coating slurry to optimize the complex ratio and the amount of fills and the process conditions of wet coating,based on the production practice,a stable wet coating technology was developed;Meanwhile aiming at the problems of low stability and easy settling of the coating slurry containing wollastonite,the influence of sodium polystyrene sulfonate on the stability of coating slurry with wollastonite and the structure and applied performance of the polyamide wet-coating film were deeply investigated,and a process of polyamide wet coating for preventing wollastonite deposition was developed.By characterizing the dispersibility,stability and rheology properties of coating slurry after the different inorganic fillers added into the coating slurry,the surface morphology and tensile properties of the resultant coating film and the style,ink absorption,whiteness,pH and washable color fastness of coated fabrics and found that :the coating slurry containing calcium carbonate and kaolin got higher stability,wherein the elongation at break of the coating film containing calcium carbonate was 30.22%,with better flexibility,but the pH of the resultant coated fabric was 8.25;The coating slurry with hydrotalcite had a poor dispersion stability and relatively,and the pH value of it’s coated fabric was 8.55;The coating slurry containing wollastonite presented excellent fluidity,the resultant coating film was uniform and smooth and simultaneously showed a large number of microporous inducing a better ink absorption property.Moreover,the coated fabrics presented high whiteness and qualified environmental performance,specifically,the grade of washable color fastness was 4-5,and resultant pH value was 7.32,but the stability of coating slurry is not high,It is easy to settle down.The wollastonite and kaolin were compounded and added to the coating slurry,the compatibility and dispersion of coating slurry,whiteness,ink absorption and washable color fastness of coated fabrics were good.Therefore,this paper prepared the multiple coating slurry of PA6 by combining the wollastonite and kaolin(the mass ratio of wollastonite and kaolin was 1:1,the mass of the filler is 22% of anhydrous methanol),while the coated fabric’s p H value was 7.59,which met the needs of environmental protection product.By measuring the fineness and viscosity of composite coating slurry,the fabric style,printing effects and washable color fastness of the coated fabric,the coating formula and the baking process of wet-coated trademark fabrics were determined,it showed that when the dosage of the methanol was 100 g,calcium chloride was 35 g,the compoud fillers was 22 g,nylon-6 waste silk was 16 g,polyether was 2.3g;Baking temperature of 150℃,baking time of 80 s.Under this condition,the coated fabric had better whiteness,style,color fastness to washing and printing effects,which could satisfies the demands of trademark fabric for printing.Because the stability of coating slurry was not high when wollastonite was alone used as a filler,it would affect the quality of coating product,thus,an anti-setting agent was screened,the influence of sodium polystyrene sulfonate on the stability of coating slurry with wollastonite and the structure and applied performance of the polyamide wet-coating film were deeply investigated and found that :Poly(sodium p-styrene sulfonate)additives could significantly improve the compatibility of wollastonite in the polyamide coating slurry,and when the mass was 10% of wollastonite,the stability and rheology of coating slurry was better and not easy to settle,Simultaneously,the surface of the coating film prepared in this amout was uniform and smooth,and the distribution of micropores was more and uniform.Moreover,the antistatic property of the coated fabric was effectively improved,the grade of washable color fastness was 4 and above,better met the product requirements.In this paper,the PA6 coating film with different inorganic fillers and its application in trademark fabric were systematically studied,which provided a theoretical basis and process guidance for the industrial produ ction of PA6 wet-coating trademark cloth,and expand its bright business future.
