| In recent years,more and more attention has been paid to waste paper reuse.Recycling of waste paper can save raw fiber resources,reduce energy consumption and reduce the pollution on the environment.However,the composition of waste paper pulp is complex,not only includes fiber,small components and fillers,also includes a large number of stickies substances and other impurities.With the increasing reuse of waste paper and the extensive use of various paper chemicals,the increase of the water systems closure and the types and quantities of stickies in the mills system are increasing.The mills system becomes more and more serious,to waste paper as raw material for the normal production of mills and product quality caused a huge impact.In order to improve the production and operation of mills in coated white-face craft cardboard,track and analysis the problems of stickies in the practical production of zhejiang Ji’an group Co.,Ltd,explore the suitable technology of stickies control.The major stickies control ways are: adding two kinds of stickies control agents and adding a super-efficient shallow floation device to deal with bottom net white water,the new techniques used in the process of practical production are also analyzed and discussed.The application of stickies control agents were carried out during the period of coated white-face craft cardboard production,adding two kinds of stickies control agents combined with paper mills production conditions for an experimental research.Combining with the production conditions of coated white-face craft cardboard production,the adding location of stickies control agent A was long fiber heat dispersion export,using online dilution 30 times with continuous addition;the adding location of stickies control agent B was short fiber multi-plate entrance,using online dilution 30 times with continuous addition.The experimental results showed that the number of stickies in per unit area of paper decreased by 39.71%,the retention rate of white water increased by 2.07%,the concentration of white water decreased by 10.28% and the cationic demand decreased by 39.96%,the average production time efficiency increased 1.4%,the number of impurity spots and conductivity did not change significantly.When the optimum inputs of A and B is 1.1kg/t and 0.6kg/t oven dry pulp,the underlying in the slurry viscosity material has played a very good control effect.Super-efficient shallow flotation device is mainly used to deal with the viscous substances and impurities in bottom net whitewater,purification the bottom net whitewater what back to pulping workshop.During the super-efficient shallow flotation device into use,the mills production coated white-face craft cardboard of quantitative 200g/m2,1000 m/min.The results showed that the SS value had decreased greatly in bottom net whitewater,and the removal rate of SS was 98.5%,and the bottom net whitewater concentration was decreased by 18.94%.Turbidity and PCD aslo decreased,fell by 79.52% and 27.07% respectively,the number of stickies in per unit area of paper(the total number)from 29/m2 reduced to 19.1/m2,fell by 34.14%,the average inputs of two kinds of stickies control agents decreased by 0.061t/d and 0.030t/d respectively,and the efficiency of the mills was 2.22% higher than that of the same month.The effect of abnormal downtime on the running time efficiency was 6.69% lower than the same period of last month.The use of super-efficient shallow flotation effectively reduces the amount of stickies in the system and improves the efficiency of the production time of the mills. |
