In this modern society,consumer requirements for comprehensive quality of fruits and vegetables are rising.High-environmental protection and low-pesticide residues method must inevitably become the development direction of fresh-keeping,which has great research value and broad market prospects.Fruit and vegetable preservative paper is environmental-friendly on materials,and highlights the method of reducing pesticide residues.The study was for the purpose of inventing an outer coating type anti-aging preservative paper for Fuji apple long-term fresh-keeping,studied properties and features of papers in different raw materials and formulas,cleared the anti-aging properties of the selected paper under different environmental factors,at the same time,selected the best compounded antistaling agent for main pathogens of Fuji apple,produced and applied the fruit and vegetable preservative papers,tested the physiological and biochemical indexes of Fuji apple during the process of storage,which has important theoretical and guiding significance for the preservation theory of fruit and vegetable anti-aging preservative papers.(1)Characteristics of paper material were different.Rice paper was the highest fiber content,the largest fiber crystallinity,but the worst mechanical properties;Newsprint was relatively high fiber content,good mechanical properties,but the lowest fiber crystallinity;Fiber content difference was not big between hardwood sulfate pulp and available softwood kraft pulp,but the mechanical properties of hardwood sulfate pulp was weaker.According to the features needed for fruit and vegetable preservative paper,rice paper with the highest fiber content,newsprint with the best flexibility,and produced paper I with the best mechanical properties were selected to study the anti-aging properties of preservative paper base material.(2)By the single factor test,effects of Temperature,humidity and ultraviolet light on paper aging and the manifestation of ageing in macro and micro aspects were determined.The decrease of fiber content,the decline of tensile index and the increase of carboxyl carbonyl functional groups determined by infrared spectrometry relatively intactly reflects the aging progress of paper in aspects of heat resistance and durability;Orthogonal test of aging factors showed the influence factors of rice paper cellulose decomposing were High temperature>Humidity>Illumination,newsprint and produced paper I were High temperature>Illumination>Humidity;In view of the low temperature,high humidity and no light storage environment,and in consideration of the great promoting by humidity to the aging of rice paper,newsprint and produced paper I were selected to be the base material of the fruit and vegetable preservative paper.(3)The result of Microbial separation,purification and identification show that Botrytis cinerea,Botryos Phaeria and Penicillium citreonigrum were main pathogens of Fuji apple;The most effective preservative were Carbendazim and TBZ,preservative for fruit and vegetable preservative paper was compounded antistaling agent of Carbendazim:TBZ = 1:2,which had the lowest MIC value 0.78.(4)Precooling 24h at 0?,packed by produced preservative paper directly and then storage at 0?,Fuji apple significantly better than the traditional preservation method of antistaling agent-soaking in indicators such as firmness,weight loss rate,SSC,TA,total phenols,MDA content,cell membrane permeability,sensory quality and microorganism number,especially the carbendazim residue were reduced greatly.
