Research On Food Safety Credit Evaluation Based On ANP Method

With the years passing,there have been more and more food safety accidents which pricking people's nerves again and again.The increasing varieties of food enrich the experience consumption while producing a lot of food safety problems.And the issue of food safety becomes more and more general.Driven by the interests,producers abandon the honest and morality for producing sham products with more and more skillful and secret methods.Therefore,it is necessary to provide regulatory measures for food safety issues at the food safety credit system level.Based on the perspective of credit evaluation,this paper researches the food safety issues.Firstly,actuality-based,the paper presents the problems and damages appearing in the process of food safety management.Because the credit system of food safety is a part of the social credit system,the paper tries to make the literature review from two aspects.On the one hand,it sums up the essence of credit,credit system construction,the research progress of social credit system and the mode of the social credit system;On the other hand,it makes a induction from the constructing mode of the food safety credit system domestic and overseas and the point of evaluation methods.At the same time,the paper analyzes the relevant theory,which is useful for the following research.Secondly,establishing the food safety credit index system.This system is divided into seven indexes,including 20 elements,which are based on the standard of CMS,HACCP,and the selection of documents.This paper analyzes the relationship among the indexes combining with HACCP and some literature.And then it establishes a net index system of food safety credit,which is the base of the following model.Finally,based on the establishment of the index system,the research ensures the index weight of food safety credit evaluation with the method of the network level analysis and the Super Decisions software.And then the research finally make sure of the food safety credit level with the method of the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to analyze the weight.Consequently,the research establishes a complete food safety credit evaluation model,and verifies the validity of the model by empirical analysis that selecting a food corporation to do a case analysis by the Super Decisions software.
