The Removal Technology Research Of Ancient Murals' Reinforcement Based On Gel Method

In order to prolong the life of the ancient murals,there will be some modern polymer materials as the coherence reinforcement agent to infiltrate murals.After 30 years,these materials gradually lose efficacy.In order to extend the life of the ancient murals and using the new reinforcement materials,it will be a important scientific and technological problem how to removal the failure reinforcement material from murals.The study aims at 4 kinds of common reinforced polymer materials,poly vinyl acetate emulsion,organic silicone modified acrylic emulsion and pure acrylic emulsion,Paraloid B72,and carries out the laboratory simulation study of technique of clear.This work uses the most environmental protection and efficient water gel cleaning technology,design and preparation of the four kind of gel material,made of 16 gel formulas,combined with ethyl acetate,xylene,amyl alcohol,propylene carbonate,such as cleaning agent,aims at the performance of gel,the compatibility of gel and detergent,damage of the ancient murals,sets off a series of experimental studies on the cleaning ability of 4 kinds of reinforcement agent,and the influence of reinforcement materials aging on clearance,etc.,in the porcelain plate,glass and simulation murals,respectively sifts suitable method for removal of the 4 reinforcement agents,calculates the rate of reversible,initially found out the related technical data.Then,this study mainly explored the techniques of the borax gel clean the reinforcement material on the surface of ancient murals for the fagade.This experiment first bases on simulation mural glass samples,quantitatively characterize the removal rate of gel cleaning the reinforcement material along with the change of placing time to explore the shelf life of borax gel.Then our make murals on the facade using DunHuang mural process,bases on it in the study of the process of borax gel cleaning murals in the facade.Finally,based on simulation mural glass samples,quantitatively characterize the removal rate of gel cleaning the 4 kinds of common reinforcement material under the environment of the facade.
