| In this paper,the treated distiller’s dried grains with solubles(DDGS)as the charring material,and the biodegrade resin-polylactic acid(PLA)is used as the base material.Then a processing of melt blending was carried out to make DDGS and polylactic acid into composites.In the research,the best mass ratio of raw materials is studied,and the properties and mechanisms of four types of flame retardant to modify the composites which contains aluminum phenylphosphinate(BPA-Al),resorcinol di(phenyl phosphate)(RDP),ammonium polyphosphate(APP)and aluminum hydroxide(ATH)..The application of DDGS/BPA-Al(the total amount of 30%addititives)in polylactic acid indicated that the composite can improve the properties of FR-PLA.The results illustrated that with the increasing of mass fraction of BPA-Al,the mechanical property of the composite increased gradually.Considerating the mechanical property,5wt%and 20wt%loading of the DDGS and BPA-Al,which leading to excellent mechanical properties and flame retardancy.The biodegradable composites materials made from DDGS and polylactic acid were modified by RDP and ATH,and the properties of the materials were tested and characterized.The results showed that mechanical property increases with the increasing of ATH content,as well as thermal stability and carbon yield.Compared comprehensively,with 5wt%,5wt%and 20wt%loading of the DDGS,RDP and ATH,the composite property was best.The composite was prepared by melt blending with APP,carbonization DDGS(CDDGS)and PLA,and the properties were tested and characterized.The results showed that mechanical property decreases with the increasing of APP content.However,thermal stability and carbon of that are increasing.Compared comprehensively,with 10wt%and 20wt%loading of the CDDGS and APP,the composite property was best.The CDDGS coated by RDP and PLA composites with the RDP-coated CDDGS was prepared.The results showed that the content of R-CDDGS was 20wt%,the composite property was best.They showed good tensile strength and elongation at break of the composites containing 20wt%of R-CDDGS 1 reached 76.9MPa and 8.7%.The limiting oxygen index of the prepared PLA composites containing 20wt%of the R-CDDGS2 was about 26.5%and V-2 rating. |
