Oriented silicon steel has been called the "arts and crafts" in iron and steel products,with the high and complicated technology.High temperature annealing furnace(SRAF)is used widely because small floor area,low energy consumption,high production efficiency and rotate continuously.SRAF is type of intermittent rotary annealing furnace,which is key unit in the process of oriented silicon steel,and has more advanced equipment and complex control system when comparing with the traditional MBAF.The process control requires the trolley rotate in a fix interval,and furnace atmosphere supply continuously and low combustion during its rotary.The trolley should complete a series of movement and achieve the accurate position during the fix time interval,so as to get the heat consumption decreased and reduce the condition fluctuate.Therefore,how to achieve to improve the thermal efficiency and lower the energy consumption,on the condition of realize the trolley rotary efficiently and accurate location,is a far-reaching research topic in industry investigation.As intermittent rotary annealing furnace,because of has special design structure,SRAF combustion system is a very complex process,with multivariable influence with each other,parameter time varying,large inertial delay and so on.Meanwhile,the furnace condition is always affected by the coils loading and unloading so that it is difficult to establish the mathematic model.And the temperature is not stable and responds slowly by the traditional PID control,cannot satisfied the process requirement.How to improve the control accuracy and efficiency of furnace temperature,are the main questions leaving behind to solve to lower the energy consumption and promote product quality.Based on the study of the Distributed Control System,against the background of Shougang cold-rolled annular furnace,our paper briefly introducing the structure characteristics of the annular furnace,process principle and automation system.Then summarizes development and current situation of the control technology of rotary annealing furnace at home and aboard,meanwhile design and improve the loop combustion control system.And pay attention to feedforward compensation control of the loop combustion control system.At last,through analysis and optimal design for combustion control,to achieve the purpose of energy conservation and emission reduction.
