The thermal characteristics of the force mechanism have become one of the most important factors that affect the working performance and largely determine its precision and efficiency of high-speed stamping equipment.The high-speed stamping equipment force mechanism is researched,and the heat source and heat transfer mode of which is analyzes,then calculation formula of heating and heat transfer mechanism is given.A calculation model considering the thermal contact resistance mechanism of polygon is proposed.The finite element simulation analysis and experiment are carried out to verify the effectiveness of the proposed model.Furthermore,the thermal structure coupling analysis of the high speed staming equipment is carried out,and the measures to improve the thermal characteristics of the force mechanism are put forward.The main contents of this paper include:In the first chapter,the research status of thermal state characteristics and optimum design of high speed stamping equipment is summarized,and the deficiency of the existing research is analyzed.In the second chapter,the heat source distribution and the heat transfer of high speed stamping equipment are analyzed,and the calculation model of heat source heat generation and heat transfer is established.The third chapter puts forward a new calculation model of thermal contact resistance,which is given considering the micro convex body of elasticity deformation,elastic plasticity deformation and plastic deformation mechanism and the thermal resistance network considering the bulk resistance,shrinkage resistance,as well as different area of point contact thermal resistance between the contacting solid surfaces.In the fourth chapter,the transient thermal equilibrium of the mechanism is analyzed by using the proposed model,the temperature field and the thermal equilibrium time of the mechanism are obtained,and the simulation results are compared with the simulation results without consideration of the thermal resistance.Furthermore,the effectiveness of the proposed thermal contact resistance calculation model is verified by the experimental results of heat balance measurement of the high speed press.The fifth chapter carries out the thermal structure coupling analysis of the force mechanism of high speed stamping equipment,discusses the slider,the connecting rod and the spindle thermal deformation and stiffness,and based on the analysis of factors affecting the slider thermal stiffness,proposes a method for enhancing the thermal stiffness.The sixth chapter summarizes the research work and prospects the future research direction.
