In this paper,through on-site monitoring of Xuzhou River in Huangqiao section of the river water quality control of upstream 1000 meters,the ecological management projects,especially the project of ecological floating bed on nitrogen and phosphorus in the treatment effect is not particularly significant,so we decided to improve the ecological floating bed matrix,the matrix dominated by physical adsorption by the expectation,absorbed by plants the nitrogen and phosphorus with water,so in the laboratory,zeolite,vermiculite and biological activated carbon adsorption experiments were carried out according to the adsorption of three kinds of substrate on nitrogen and phosphorus rate to determine the optimum mixture ratio of three kinds of matrix,and then according to the experiments of adsorption and desorption of nitrogen and phosphorus in some proportion of mixed matrix to determine the optimal mixed matrix,indoor hydroponic the end of the experiment,the concentration of nitrogen and phosphorus in cultivated yellow iris and a different substrate conditions,in order to compare the absorption and utilization of nitrogen and phosphorus on the matrix of plants.The main research results are as follows:(1)Zeolite,vermiculite and biochar on nitrogen,phosphorus adsorption experiments,with the increasing concentration of the solution of nitrogen and phosphorus,nitrogen and phosphorus adsorption capacity of three matrices have increased,but the rate of adsorption of nitrogen and phosphorus gradually lower;and from the zeolite,vermiculite and biological carbon adsorption isotherms of nitrogen and phosphorus can be seen,zeolite ammonia adsorption capacity of the largest vermiculite maximum phosphorus adsorption capacity.Comparison of three matrix,the zeolite adsorption capacity of ammonia nitrogen and phosphorus are strong.According zeolite,vermiculite and charcoal adsorption biological removal of phosphorus,and then consider the impact of combining zeolite desorption,determined for the mixing proportions of the three matrix(zeolite:vermiculite:biochar)3;1:1,2:1:1 and 1:1:1.(2)The adsorption of nitrogen and phosphorus in the mixed substrate,the proportion of mixed matrix of three kinds of adsorption of ammonia nitrogen rate was 3:1:1>1:1:1>2:1:1,the mixed matrix of 3:1:1 adsorption on ammonia nitrogen adsorption rate;and the mixed matrix 2:1:1 for phosphorus rate.The desorption experiment showed that mixture of nitrogen and phosphorus,low molecular weight organic acids can promote the release of P,and mixed substrate zeolite increase the relative amount of matrix,is not conducive to the desorption of phosphorus.In addition,the mixed matrix 3:1:1 and 2:1:1 are chosen as the object of indoor hydroponic experiment.(3)The indoor hydroponic experiment,the absorption and utilization of nitrogen mixed matrix plays a promoting role on the iris,and between biochar itself contains phosphorus,effect of matrix on plant phosphorus use still need further research.Total phosphorus and total nitrogen from harvested in stem and root of iris pseudacorus,mixed matrix 2:1:1 absorption and utilization of phosphorus effect on the iris to be better,and the mixing matrix 3:1:1 of iris is better some of the absorption and utilization of nitrogen.Combined with the desorption experiment of pot in the matrix of nitrogen and phosphorus in the conclusion,the relative amount of zeolite increased,is not conducive to the absorption of phosphorus in iris,but is conducive to the absorption and utilization of nitrogen.
