Nanjing salted duck is a famous specialty,it smells fresh,tastes delicious,never eat tired,so it is very popular by the majority of consumers.However,due to the traditional salted duck made in a small workshop and it cannot become large-scale production,it was also unable to meet the increasingly stringent food safety requirements,so a new method for salted duck modern production is strongly desired.Due to the salted duck production has a complicated process,even the best factory with advanced technology have to use half automation mode,the study of salted duck production line monitoring is still in the blank.TIA(Totally Integrated Automation)concept,which could provide a solution line with a system that would make all multiple systems worked together for one goal,it is recognized as the direction of industrial automation.The salted duck production control system based on TIA can be a new way for centralizing the scattered equipments and providing intelligent process monitoring.In this paper,the key issues of salted duck production process were analyzed,the salted duck's monitoring and control system were designed,and the whole research is based on TIA concept.The main contents are as follows:1)Discusses the TIA basic design concepts,namely "fully integrated" concept.It can greatly simplify the structure of the system which will reduce the number of interfaces between components,connections between PC and PLC,continuous control between logic control;It also has a unparalleled vertical and horizontal integration,that will unify communication,data management,engineering environment.2)TIA concept was used in designing salted duck monitoring and control system,the whole system is divided into three network layers including field execution,process monitoring,and upper management,using PROFINET technology will make data communication between horizontal and vertical easily contact,and a powerful symbol table was used as a unified definition for the entire production variables,making centralized management of data more concise and clear.3)Using WINCC to design the configuration screen for real-time monitoring,and PROFINET network was also settled for making management powerful.ET200 PLC were chosen for real-time control and data collection,and the software will trigger an alarm and provide automatically solutions for the production line problems,and make sure the important device archive data in emergency situations.4)Using Step7 to design the hardware configuration.PLC devices were programmed in the configuration,and PROFINET network communication was debugged.5)The electrical design of Continuous Cooking Production as a subsystem was completed,and the temperature automatic-adjust system was settled using S7-1200PLC which was made by German SIEMENS.In designing,TIA concept was throughout the whole system by grouping the execution components,data acquisition,PID control,and network communication.6)In the laboratory,a small-scale automation module group for testing was set up,it can test the system acquisition precision,effectiveness of communication between networks and systems.The result shows that the whole system can meet the needs of industrial application with outstanding stability,high precision and easy scalability.
