Research And Application Of The Full-hydrogen Batch Annealing Furnace Process Control In TISCO

The full-hydrogen batch annealing furnace is the world's most advanced batch type annealing furnace at present,which is an important equipment to eliminate the cold plastic deformation of steel strip hardening and improve cold rolled strip surface brightness,and has been applied widely in the production of cold-rolled sheet products.Currently,it represents the most advanced annealing technology,relying on introduction of the equipment,especially its process control system is entirely provided from abroad.How to secure use full-hydrogen batch annealing furnace,master execution mechanism in annealing process control system,continually improve the quality of cold rolled annealed product,is the study and application of process control system of full-hydrogen batch annealing furnace need to solve sound problems,so as to provide technical support and research foundation for application of TISCO cold rolling plant.This thesis is based on TISCO cold rolling plant introduced HPH batch furnace for the background,introduces the history both at home and abroad for batch annealing furnace and its characteristics and main research direction,study of full-hydrogen batch annealing furnace annealing process,composition,and characteristics of control system of full-hydrogen batch annealing furnace.According to the full-hydrogen batch annealing furnace of TISCO cold rolling plant processes,detailed analysis of HPH batch furnace process control system,control style,structure,the control of hardware and software implementation of control and combustion systems,temperature control strategy etc.Actual production shows that the process control system of hydrogen batch annealing furnace in TISCO has good control effect in practical application,than agreed in the contract provisions to ensure surface finish of the product,the bond rate requirements.Excellent performance indicators and bright annealed surface quality will make TISCO more competitive in the drastic market competition,but also provides a strong support to extend the industrial chain for the TISCO.
