Bioremediation technology is a good treatment which has low cost and high efficiency. The acquatic plant of myriophyllum has good repair effect in water with high metal pollution. Myriophyllum under cadmium stress the root faces hypoxia aerobic condition that respiration cannot be fully conducted in cadmium in water. This experiment was designed to explore myriophyllum of heavy metal cadmium ion adsorption in water add-oxygen.This paper is divided into three parts research with increasing oxygen on the absorption characteristics of cadmium myriophyllum. First of all, the experiment was containing cadmium (concentration of 10 mg/L) and do not contain cadmium to compare myriophyllum growth in the aquatic environment. For two kinds of processing of oxygen treatment that the myriophyllum growth and physiological characteristics. Found myriophyllum in water containing cadmium growth within 15 days, the addition of aerobic biological treatment than it does not increase oxygen 18.95% higher, and do not contain cadmium treatment than it does not increase oxygen in water high biomass increase 16.18%. To detect myriophyllum plant root, stem and leaf of cadmium content, that myriophyllum adsorption of cadmium mainly concentrated in the root, and aerobic treatment group of myriophyllum cadmium content in plants than it does not increase oxygen treatment group. Second, the test set up under different concentration of cadmium treatment and it does not increase oxygen on the physiological characteristics of myriophyllum absorb cadmium. Different concentrations of cadmium aerobic treatment all can improve the myriophyllum biomass growth, myriophyllum absorb cadmium ion features mainly in under cadmium stress in the early. Finally, the experiment of myriophyllum malondialdehyde content in plants, oxide dismutase (sod), peroxidase (pod) and catalase activity were studied. Trials found that cadmium concentrations less than 10 mg/L increases oxygen can improve the activity of protective enzyme, cadmium increasing oxygen levels higher than 20 mg/L does not improve the activity of protective enzyme. Further analysis of the aerobic treatment of myriophyllum is protective enzyme activity of root system, the effects of root as a myriophyllum to absorb nutrients and biochemical role conversion transportation major organs, will affect the growth status and myriophyllum growth and the change of enzyme activity in the body. Increasing oxygen in water increased myriophyllum biomass and root endocrine chelate increased the plant to form more stable state of cadmium in the chelation and storage place, improve the myriophyllum resistance to cadmium stress.
