Coal,as one of the main energy,has an important influence on the economic development of China.How to minimize casualties and property loss is a great concern for coal mine enterprises.Therefore,it is an inevitable trend to apply the multi-sensor data fusion algorithm to the mine safety monitoring system.In the past,the mine environmental parameters were measured by a single sensor.The signal detection often leads to false alarm because of the interference or malfunction.Based on the existed fact,this thesis studies on a mine safety monitoring system based on information fusion algorithm to accurately prevent and judge the chance of mine accidents.A safe and reliable mine monitoring system has been designed based on Zigbee wireless sensor network technology,multi-sensor information fusion technology and BP neural network information fusion algorithm.In the research and development of the system,the mine Zigbee wireless sensor network has been implemented successfully based on CC2530 hardware platform.In the meantime,the BP neural network predicting model is established by taking advantage of the MATLAB neural network toolbox,then the relationship between temperature,dust,wind speed,carbon monoxide,methane and mine safety situation have been determined.Meanwhile,in order to realize the human-computer interaction,the application interface of MATLAB and DELPHI has established.50 sets of data are used as the training sample in this model,with 5 inputs,5 outputs and 10 hidden layer of three layer network.The expected error is 0.001,the maximum number of training is 3000,and the initial learning rate is 0.01.In addition,the improved BP network is applied for training.The experiment results show that the match rate between the predicting results and the actual situation is as high as 99.5%,which indicates that the system model established based on BP neural network model can greatly improve the accuracy of the prediction.This study realizes the application of the information fusion algorithm in mine safety monitoring system.The system can precisely judge the security situation in the mine to make the mine monitoring system safer and more accurate,which has a reference value for the application of information fusion algorithm to the mine safety monitoring system.
