| This paper focuses on microwave catalysis with new catalyst(modified alumina and active carbon)for treating coking wastewater.Based on a series of contrast test of new catalyst and urn modified catalyst, the advantages of the new catalyst are analyzed. The paper has mainly studied the three parts:(1)The preparation of new-type catalyst. The activated carbon and alumina are mixed to be a catalyst that has better adsorption and microwave hot.Tests show that the best quality of mixed ratio(modified alumina: activated carbon)is 1: 3.71.(2)The optimum conditions about the treatment of static simulated coking wastewater are as follows: microwave power is 595W;microwave irradiation time is 2 min;the dosage of CuO-γ-Al2O3/GAC is 30g/L.The optimum conditions about the treatment of continuous simulated coking wastewater are as follows: the dosage of CuO-γ-Al2O3/GAC is 200g;creep pump speed is 60r/min;microwave power is 1200W;p H=1.24;the loading way is mixed packing;solution concentration is 100mg/L.(3)The reuse of modified Alumina and activated carbon is studied.Tests show that the best time of microwave regeneration is 90s. |
