In the operation of the boiler will often occur during accidents due to various reasons,are the common causes of high temperature corrosion,pipe welding defects and problems,in the high temperature corrosion is prone to explosion phenomenon,thus affecting the normal operation of heating system.In the case of these accidents is also easy to cause a variety of losses,and it is necessary to study these problems in the heating system.These years,many scholars have conducted the research on the method of high temperature corrosion of heating control from different angles,and achieved certain results,these methods mainly include surface chemical heat treatment,adjusting the system parameters,use of high grade steel.However,due to various reasons,these methods are not completely solve the problem of high temperature corrosion.This paper first introduces the current construction for surface protection of thermal spraying and cold spraying technology of boiler heating,then introduced the SE-MAT nano ceramic coating materials in the construction process of keliyuan center boiler,focusing on the application of SE-MAT nano ceramic materials in gas fired boiler to analyze the performance of the material.The experiment and practical operation that the role of SE-MAT nano ceramic material to improve the efficiency of the gas boiler? by comparing the spray and spray coating furnace wall photo operation period of SE-MAT nano ceramic material boiler after the analysis,we can get the material for the obvious effect of surface corrosion and oxidation furnace? the nano ceramic coating to reduce the actual effect the gas consumption through the actual boiler operation data,thus plays an important role in energy conservation? through the analysis of the whole construction process and construction cost and energy saving benefit,the nano ceramic coating practical value? through the analysis of the variation of NOx concentration in flue gas before and after the transformation,the nano ceramic coating for environmental protection it plays a unique role.The heating surface of boiler high temperature keliyuan center environmental temperature can reach 800 DEG C 1300,with increased use of boiler heating surface corrosion and oxidation.In this paper,spraying SE-MAT transformation of nano ceramic materials by testing two boilers keliyuan center,the ceramic nano coating for protection of boiler heating surface and positive role for thermal industry to promote the related technical materials provides practical experience and valuable data.This study shows that the common coating has been unable to meet the requirements of modern industry,and the use of SE-MAT nano ceramic coating spraying under high temperature corrosion to meet the corresponding requirements,so the work can improve significantly the performance of heating heating boiler,and prolong its service life,for energy-saving emission reduction has also played a positive role.
