Metallurgical lime,light burned dolomite is an important iron and steel industry of auxiliary raw material,roasting metallurgy lime,light burned dolomite limestone and dolomite because of different origin and the mechanism of mineralization and ore grade is not the same,to somewhere limestone,dolomite can meet the rule of grey stone,light burned dolomite performance requirements of.The XRD analysis technology,ore composition analysis techniques to the analysis of ore composition,physical and chemical indicators,evaluation of the ore.Analysis of 3groups of samples,limestone and dolomite 3 samples,mainly composed of calcium carbonate,magnesium carbonate,less impurities,meet the requirement of raw materials.Carries on the analysis to the thermodynamics and kinetics of decomposition of limestone and dolomite,under the laboratory conditions of calcination temperature,time and other factors of limestone and dolomite decomposition effect of.The results show that: according to the weight loss analysis,limestone,dolomite in the temperature to1000?,time 2h and breaks down completely.Under the optimal conditions,the calcined products for a variety of technical means to analysis,obtains the activated degree greater than 360 ml,pulverization rate < 25%,and the physical and chemical indicators achieve metallurgical lime physicochemical index(YB/T042-2004)to the standard premium that can meet the demand of metallurgical lime calcination.
