In recent years,our country gradually pay attention to the development of high-performance surface,put a lot of financial support to study the use of new materials and new technology.In the production of some mechanical parts working environment is very bad,can not change the working conditions of mechanical equipment,in order to solve the problem of surface performance of the workpiece,such as easy to wear,high temperature denaturation,corrosion,on the one hand the study of typical parts manufacturing Materials from the original cast iron to the later special metal alloys,from the typical non-metallic materials(rubber,ceramics,etc.)and then to engineering plastics.On the other hand to study the new processing methods to improve the quality of surface processing and processing accuracy to ensure that the quality requirements of wear parts.The new surface treatment technology and surface coating technology can not only solve the typical parts of the wear and corrosion resistance,but also play a re-use of the workpiece to reduce the cost of production role.The surface of the equipment will have a series of problems,such as wear,corrosion,oxidation,failure,and so on,such as high-speed,high pressure,high temperature,heavy load and special working conditions.,The local surface damage will often lead to the failure of the entire components,which resulted in a large degree of waste of resources,if the entire parts of the material to replace high-performance materials,the cost has greatly increased,so we consider only parts Of the surface to improve performance,both to improve the performance of parts,but also reduce production costs.This technology is increasingly being applied to industrial production,including multi-stage feed pump balance disk and high-speed water jet cutting nozzle.Multi-stage feed pump in the use of frequent maintenance caused a lot of manpower and material waste,the main repair content is the balance of the pump body use,especially the balance ring and balance plate failure will directly affect the pump life.At present,China's pump performance,operating efficiency and service life compared with developed countries,there is still a considerable gap,efforts to improve pump efficiency,extend the service life of the pump,increase maintenance cycle,for China's energy saving Row,to reduce waste of resources and other work of great significance.Waterjet cutting technology is the use of Lafar nozzle principle to achieve,the water pressure to 100 MPa or more through the outlet,through the sand mouth,the sand and other high-hardness particles mixed high-pressure water jet,through the cutting sand The tube is ejected through a very small orifice and the material is cut.Currently,most of the existing water jet nozzles on the market are made of artificial stones,but artificial gems are more divergent cracks,the defect rate is very high,there are many artificial ruby internal cracks,under the microscope is easy to observe,that The so-called "ten red nine crack."The main task of this paper is to research and manufacture the high wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant multi-stage feed pump balancing ring and high-pressure water jet nozzle which meet the requirements of industry.In the vacuum environment,the use of high-frequency induction cladding technology with wear-resistant,corrosion-resistant coating balance ring and water jet nozzle.The Ni60-A alloy powder was added into the coating,and the hardness of the coating was increased by adding 20% WC.The coating and the substrate were metallurgically bonded to improve the wear resistance of the parts.
