In order to improve the water quality of the Wangyang Ditch basin and relieve the pressure of sewage treatment plant,the wastewater emission sources were investigated and NCPC's7-ACA antibiotic-contaminated wastewater,a typical antibiotic wastewater,was selected as the research object.The evaluation index system and method of cleaner production and wastewater terminal treatment technology of 7-ACA was established to evaluate the technology and to screen out the optimal technology for 7-ACA antibiotic-contaminated wastewater.The main results are as follows:1)The hierarchy evaluation index system of integrated technology of cleaner production and terminal treatment for 7-ACA antibiotic-contaminated wastewater was established.Factors of resources and energy,technology,pollution,economy were determined as the indexes that reflected the technologies performance.The expert scoring method and analytic hierarchy process were adopted to calculate the weight of these two indexes.2)One step enzymatic was considered as the optimal production process for 7-ACA based on the established evaluation system.The pollutants emission nodes of the production process were fund out and the corresponding cleaner production scheme was proposed.Some equipment replacement were listed at first,adopting the new fermentation tank of coil cooling system,Ultra-Flo system in filtration,pressure drum filters in refining,closed boiling bed in desiccation.Secondly,achieved the recycling of wastewater,by transforming of wastewater recycling system,strengthening the recycle use of waste liquor,acid and alkali waste liquid and waste water of dialysis.3)The following terminal treatment of wastewater system,Pretreatment(Coagulation sedimentation)– Anaerobic(up-flow mixed type anaerobic biofilm reactor)– Aerobic(circulation type aerobic biological pool)-Depth treatment(Advanced oxidation coagulation),was screened as the optimal wastewater treatment technology,based on the comparison of six types of wastewater treatment technologies via the evaluation index system.4)The wastewater emission in the whole 7-ACA production process was controlled via the integrated technology of cleaner production and terminal pollution control,to reduce the pollution load of the Wangyang Ditch and reduce the pressure on the downstream sewage treatment.5)The environmental benefit analysis was carried out from two aspects of cleaner production and terminal treatment,which provided theoretical basis for engineering implementation.
