| Well tower is the link and soul of the whole mine system.Tower structure is complex,more internal equipment,whether it is new or transformation will spend a lot of manpower,material resources,financial resources.Due to the vibration frequency of the lifting equipment is not considered in the design process,the natural frequency of the beam plate structure is close to the natural frequency of the beam plate structure,which leads to the resonance of the lifting device and the beam plate structure,and the damage structure and the safety of the human body.In the process of lifting equipment for coal mine,the floor vibration is strong and can not be operated normally,which seriously affects the production efficiency and economic benefit of the mine.This paper takes Inner Mongolia Ordos mother Du Chaideng mine shaft tower as the research object,the reason of tower floor vibration strong,to find the main vibration source,the specific measurement of beam slab structure and lifting equipment,and analyzes the data,on the basis of the main vibration source correlation of source and beam slab structure to find out the vibration shaft tower structure:vibration and vibration of tower electrical equipment have resonance,according to the actual situation of the steel reinforcement measures taken to increase the tower structure of beam plate,increasing section part of beam bottom,increase the natural frequency of the structure,to avoid the vibration of hoisting system and structural vibration of beam plate produced resonance,the tower structure inherent in the finite element simulation after reinforcement frequency,frequency reinforced natural frequency of floor vibration successfully avoiding resonance,i.e.motor lifting equipment will not produce resonance and vibration of floor vibration. |
