| In domestic areas, water shortage has been one of the most important factors which restrict social and economic development. Therefore, the application of papermaking wastewater treatment technology to solve the problem is not only an urgent demand for the healthy development of papermaking industry and the protection of ecological environment, but also the inevitable requirement of sustainable development of China’s society and economy. Tio2, as an excellent photocatalyst, could catalyze the degradation of many kinds of wastewater(including papermaking wastewater) in industrial production, and has already become a hotspot in the field of catalysts. It will be an important research direction that using composited TiO2 and namo-materials as new photocatalyst could improve the defects which exist when using single TiO2 as photocatalyst, playing the advantages of both namo-materials and TiO2, and enhancing photocatalytic performance of the photocatalysts.This paper, firstly, makes a brief analysis on the papermaking wastewater pollution current situation and its water quality situation. Since papermaking wastewater discharge is large, the pollutant composition is complex, and its treatment in current China, even the whole world is not optimistic, so the breakthrough on the papermaking wastewater treatment technology is badly needed. Secondly, this paper describes the traditional treatment technology and research situation, making an analysis and introduction of the advantages and disadvantages, application scope and development prospect of the traditional treatment technology. Thirdly, this paper introduces new papermaking wastewater treatment technology and new development trend, where using semiconductor to make photocatalytic degradation for the papermaking wastewater organic matter is one of the new technologies which has the bright development prospect. The main content of this paper is to study photocatalytic treatment of papermaking wastewater by using TiO2-C doped metal ion composite catalyst. So in the final text on the photocatalytic performance of TiO2, the photocatalytic mechanism of nano materials, and other composite, the choice of the carrier and the use of TiO2 photocatalytic treatment of papermaking wastewaterresearch status quo and prospect was discussed comprehensively.This paper aims at the feasibility analysis of papermaking wastewater treatment by TiO2-C with metal ion composite material, which the test is designed accordingly.In the test, the Fe & Sn doped C-TiO2 catalyst is prepared at the content of 2%, 1%,0.5%, Then apply photocatalytic degradation on papermaking wastewater using Fe &Sn doped C-TiO2 catalysts in different contents. These studies are carried out at room temperature conditions, operation method is simple, and test cost is low, having some guiding significance for the industrial production of C-TiO2 catalyst doped with metal.The ultraviolet spectrophotometry is used to make quantitative analysis on photocatalytic degradation of papermaking wastewater by Fe&Sn doped C-TiO2 catalyst in different contents. Compared with the original papermaking wastewater, it is noticed that the degradation performance achieved the best when Fe-doped ratio is0.5% and Sn-doped ratio is 0.5%, respectively. Making XRD test for the Fe-doped and Sn-doped C-TiO2 catalysts which has the best photodegradation effect, it is found that the 2 kinds of metal doped C-TiO2 catalysts are both anatase type titanium dioxide. SEM test for the Fe-doped and Sn-doped C-TiO2 catalysts in different contents have been made, it is found that with increasing of the doping ratio, the change of color and structure appears. |
