As an important basic organic raw materials, phthalic anhydride can be used in fabrication of plasticizer, polyester resin and alkyd resin, which can also be used in production of paint, medicine, pesticide, saccharin and so on.With the market demand enlarging year by year, in order to relieve the supplying demanding contradiction and making effectively use of abundant coal resources in our country, coal chemical by-product industrial naphthalene was regarded as raw materials to produce phthalic anhydride in this designed project. business chains will be expanded combined with the advantages of the raw material supply and public project around Henan qi rui biological technology development co., LTD to reduce the product cost. Gas-solid oxidation technology was successfully selected to use large amounts of the heating of reaction of benzene anhydride production process and high quality steam produced by such a condensing heat recovery. In addition to the benzene anhydride device for the private and rich steam output(5.8×103 tons/year) for the use of other devices, it is beneficial to achieve energy conservation and emissions reduction and enhance the added value of the product. Using the low product cost and mature sales condition of the downstream products plasticizer, it can be proved by strong target market competitiveness.In accordance with the relevant industry specifications, the annual output of 30000 tons of benzene anhydride project with crude naphthalene as raw material was proposed in this feasibility research combined with the market development trend of phthalic anhydride at home and abroad and self-advantages of Henan qi rui biological technology development co., LTD. What's more, a detailed feasibility analysis of construction scale, optimal technology scheme, construction conditions, production site location, raw material supply and public project, energy saving and environmental protection was made. Through the analysis and research thought, we can find that: this project has good implementation condition, advanced and mature technology, low energy consumption, remarkable energy-saving effect, meeting the national demand for basic industry scale, modernization and energy-saving, and conforming to the national industrial policy, industry planning, high product quality, low equipment investment, good social benefit and economic benefit, strong market competitiveness and ability to resist risks, as well as safe and reliable, in a word, it's feasible to construct this project.
