| Water was one of the essential factors for the operation of thermal power plant and power production, and also was the carrier of energy transmission and transformation in the production and operation system of thermal power plant. Because of the characteristics of the power plant production process, the water quality of the thermal power plant was very high, and the water quality in nature was difficult to meet its requirements. Therefore, it was required to use special water treatment methods to deal with the raw water to meet the needs of power plants.The technology of reverse osmosis water treatment was one of the most commonly used treatment methods for water treatment in power plant, which had many advantages, such as high treatment efficiency, low environmental pollution, low treatment cost, had been widely used in petroleum, chemical, steel, power plant and many other industries, and had achieved good results. However, due to the limitation of the process performance, when the reverse osmosis membrane was used for water treatment, it would produce high concentration of reverse osmosis concentrated water, which would seriously affect the water, soil, damage the environment if it is not be treated effectively. Therefore, the treatment of strong brine water caused by the reverse osmosis was the most important part in the design and evaluation of reverse osmosis process.In this paper, based on the project of the electric power industry group, by deeply analysis and research on the quality and quantity drainage water produced in the process of electric energy production, the concentrated brine reuse system and the high concentrated brine reduction and zero emission system were designed. At the same time, in view of the characteristics of strong brine in this project, and combined with the previous engineering experience, considering the operational reliability, investment, operating costs and other factors, a set of stable and reliable productive technology of concentrated brine reuse, reduction and zero emission were designed to reduce the risk of system operation, the lower operation cost and investment of the system, and it provided a solid foundation for the further research of salt treatment and energy saving.In this project, by the use of the treatment process of high efficiency settler, ultrafiltration and reverse osmosis in the concentrated brine reuse system, the concentrated brine produced in the productive process was to be filtered and concentrated, and the production of water recycling, greatly improving the system of water production efficiency and water use efficiency. Using-the treatment process of high efficiency settler, ultrafiltration, High pressure reverse osmosis (HPRO) and super high pressure reverse osmosis in the reduction and zero emission system of High concentrated brine, the concentrated brine coming from the productive process and the concentrated brine reuse system would be further filtered and concentrated reduction treatment, Then, combined with the technology of evaporation, crystallization and advanced oxidation, all the concentrated brine reuse would be converted into reuse water and sludge, and finally to realize goal of reusing and zero emission of high concentrated brine. |
