Organic Light-emitting diodes(OLEDs)have became one of the most popular topic due do their advantages of low energy consumption,full-color,high efficiency etc and they are stepping into the orbital of commercialization and marketization.Small organic molecules are viewed as ideal device materials because they show the properties of easy modification,purification and favourable fluorescence.Based on excellent hole transmission performance and good fluorescent properties,triphenylamine,carbazole and their derivatives can be used as hole-transporting materials and emitting material,respectively.1.Fourteen intermediates and six target compounds were synthesized in the paper:I.Four phosphonium salts were synthesized for Wittig reaction and they are respectively benzyltriphenylphosphine chloride(1a),(4-methlybe-nzyl)triphenylphosphine chloride(1b),1,4-di(benzyltriphenylphosphine chlo-ride)(1c),α-naphthyl-triphenyl-phosphine chloride(1d);Ⅱ.six copmounds co-ntaining aldehyde group:4,4’-diformyltriphenylamine4-formyl-4’,4"-bis-[(trans)-a-vinyl-naphthalene]triphen-ylamine(4),3-formyl-4,4’-dicarbazolylbi-phenyl(9),3,3’-diformyl-4,4’-dicarbazolylbiphenyl(10),3,3’-diformyl-2,6-dica rbazolylpyridine(11),3-formyl-2,6-dicarbazolylpyridine(12);Ⅲ.four other inte-rmediates:4,4’-bis-[(trans)-(α-vinyl-naphthalene]triphenyl-amine(3),4,4’-dii odine-1,1’-biphenyl(6),4,4’-dicarbazolylbiphenyl(7),2,6-dicar-bazolylpyridin e(8);(4)six target compounds:4,4;-bis-[(trans)-(α-vinyl-naphthalene]-4"-[(tra-ns-p-methyl-styryl]triphenylamine(5a),4,4;-bis-[(trans)-(α-vinyl-naphthal-en e]-4"-[(trans)-styryl]triphenylamine(5b),p-Phenyl-bis-[3-vinyl-4,4’-dicarbaz-olylbiphenyl](13),p-phenyl-bis-[3-vinyl-2,6-dicarbazol-ylpyridine(14),1-(4,4’-dicarbazolylbiphenyl)-2,2-dicyano-ethylene(15),1-(2,6-dicarbazolylpyridy 1)-2,2-dicyano-ethylene(16).The structure of the synthesized compounds were characterized by ~1HNMR,13CNMR and IR and the reaction conditions of the compound 12,13 were determined.2.Optical performance of 5a,5b,13,14,15,16 were researched.(1)Ultravio-let absorption of 5a,5b occurred red shift in the solution of dichloromethane,acetonitrile and tetrahydrofuran compared with triphenylamine attributed to their big conjugated system.Similarly,13,14,15,16 have red shift,too,howeve-ever,they occurred blue shift as the polarity of the solvent increases.(2)The fluorescence emission:fluorescence emission of target compounds rang between 460~50nm and they belong to biue-green area.The influence of the solvent to the compounds’ maximum emission wavelength is not obvious.Compounds 16 has obvious red shift when the polarity of the solvent increases. |
