| The research shows that the micro textured surface have different characteristics than smooth surface in surface energy, optical properties, mechanical properties, hydrodynamic performance and tribological properties. At present, the micro texture processing technology mainly include laser machining, abrasive jet machining, EDM, electrochemical machining, focused ion beam machining, micro milling and so on. In this paper, we mainly study the processing method of micro-pits array based on the electrochemical pattern transfer and processing of micro-pits array in plane and the surface of the revolving body. Mainly to complete the following:(1) Study on the processing technology of the electrochemical pattern transfer based on dry film mask, and a electrochemical machining special fixture was designed. Through the way of the mask hole electroplating, the problem of dry film falling off in the test is solved.(2) The preparation technology of cathode based on the electrochemical pattern transfer was explored. In after the continuous improvement, to find the right cathode preparation process, and the use of this cathode processing micro-pits array in plane. Study the morphology of micro-pit through single factor experiment of machining gap, machining voltage, processing time, pulse frequency and duty ratio.(3) The experiment of electrochemical pattern transfer on the surface of the revolving body is carried out, and micro-pits array is processed on the surface of the revolving body. |
