Fiber Bragg grating sensor has the priority of small size, anti-electromagnetic interference, high sensitivity, easy to build distributed sensor network and can be integrated with composite structure so that it is widely used in aeronautics and astronautics area. Modern aircraft has headed in the direction of multiple function, high mobility and high reliability and put much attention on the intelligent variant aircraft with the ability of self-diagnosis, self-repairing and self-adaption. Thus, this thesis put forward the deformation perception and control method of composite laminate plate which is similar to the wing flexible trailing edge based on neural network PID algorithm using distributed Fiber Bragg Grating sensors. The main work includes the following several aspects.Firstly, further study on the manufacture method of composite laminate plate embedded with fiber Bragg grating sensors, such as oven cure process, autoclave cure process, laying and outgoing mode of fiber Bragg grating sensors. In order to investigate the effect of the performance of fiber Bragg grating sensors under the cure process, study on the characteristic of the reflection spectrum of fiber Bragg grating sensors, fiber Bragg grating wavelength shift, give a beneficial reference of subsequent curing process optimization, and a reference sensor performance evaluation.Secondly, construct the epoxy resin board and the composite laminate plate deformation perception system based on fiber Bragg grating sensors. With the aid of experimental calibration method, obtain the relationship between the deformation of plate structure and the wavelength of fiber Bragg grating sensor array, in order to provide the basis of plate structure fast identification.Thirdly, aimed at the need of the deformation control of wing structure, provide the Hebb neural algorithm, BP neural network algorithm and RBF neural network algorithm respectively based on original PID algorithm. Numerical simulation shows that neural network PID algorithm has great improvement in the area of overshoot and accommodation time.Finally, construct the composite laminate plate deformation perception and control system based on BP neural network PID algorithm with distributed fiber grating sensors, compile the deformation and control software of composite laminate plate based on Labview, realize the deformation state control of the plate structure.
