With the mining is deeper, high-temperature in coal mine is becoming a serious issue in China, especially in mine with high-temperature naturally. The high-temperature would cause dizziness, palpitation, upset, thirst, weakness, fatigue, etc. With the improvement in our society, people pay more attention to workers safety while they are working, especially the worker in high-temperature environment. Researching people’s physiology change in high-temperature and knowing the physiology reaction to high-temperature, which could provide effective information about people occupational health safety. The other important research is worker’s behavior in high-temperature. Making sure the workers’ behavior change in high-temperature and evaluating the ability of workers’ behavior could provide the basis about the worker safety protection, avoiding the people unsafety behavior.For the coal mine, the paper makes an experiment research about the people physiology and behavior change in high-temperature. Through building a high-temperature environment, the experiment measures the people physiology and behavior in 30 males in 20℃、30℃ and 40℃.The physiology index includes breathing resistance, ECG, GSR and skin temperature. The behavior index includes reaction ability, finger flexibility and hands coordination. The result reflects the physiology change trend that the four indexes rise accompanying the temperature rise, especially people into the high-temperature environment. In addition, the behavior ability has a change that the three kinds of ability weaken accompanying the temperature rise.In the end, the paper makes a correlation analysis between the physiology and behavior that shows there is a strong correlation between the physiology and behavior. Through the regression analysis, the paper makes a regression analysis and has a regression equation between the physiology and behavior. In the end, a model of physiology and behavior in high-temperature is established.This paper makes it clear that miner’s reaction on physiology and behavior and relation between physiology and behavior in high-temperature. Through the research which provides a based datas and theories, coal-mine enterprise could implement an effective management so that promotes the safety level and ensure miner’s safety and health.
