The complexed geological structure and engineering geological problems during the western mining coal seam, the western formation's character generally have high water content, low rate of cementation, and easy to soften characteristics, and so on. the most effective construction technology is freezing method, it solve the aquifers of supporting and strengthening mining.Therefore the research on different formation in different state freezing law, which for the western mine freezing design and frozen wall thickness prediction parameters selection method.In this paper, Xinzhuang coal mine freezing shaft through different formation as an example, the main contents are as follows:(1) the geological conditions of each stratum temperature distribution, studied by the geological distribution of rock strata, and according to the geological environment around the layer, select three representative layers(viscous silt,quaternary soil in Cretaceous Luohe the rock strata in the group, diazepam group strata of the Jurassic strata) as the typical representative of the strata;(2) On the around of the layer and the microstructure, and on scanning microscopic component analysis with different state(dry,natural, saturated water content, 30?, 20 ?, 10 ?, 0 ?-10?,-20?,-30?),the thermal physical parameters under test, according to test results, the establishment of lattice theory of material heat conduction theory by quantum theory, and combined with the microscopic stratum study on the theory of heat conduction mechanism of environment, which focus on the analysis of difference of heat conduction of each formation in different conditions and the change rule.(3) by the ANSYS software. In test data on the basis of strata in different states(drying, natural, saturated water content, 30?, 20 ?, 10 ?, 0 ?-10?,-20?,-30?)under different thermal conductivity simulation each freezing temperature field distribution of different thermal conductivity of freezing project,(4) Through the field contrast simulation results. Analysis of the relationship between simulated and measured law, the different statesof strata freezing construction parameters provide the basis for the selection.Through the combination of thermal physics test, the numerical simulation and the field measurement method of Xinzhuang Coal Mine vice shaft layers represent different freezing pattern was studied, the corresponding research achievements of Western through parameter design of complex formation of freezing engineering geology has certain reference value.
