With the continuous development of science and technology, domestic manufacturing industry has faced new challenges for both technological innovation and industrial upgrading. As the machine tools for industrial development, CNC machine tools are gradually making progress on the middle to high-end stage. In recent years, the localized middle to high-end CNC machine tools have made some breakthroughs in technology aspect. In addition, as the key functional parts of the CNC machine tools, its quality, reliability and consistency will directly affect the quality level of the machine tools. However, there are more studies on the reliability and performance of CNC machine tool than the studies on the functional components. As a result, it is hard to change the current status of the long-term dependency on imports of the domestic high-end CNC machine tools. The CNC turret is one of the most critical features of the CNC machine tools, and its reliability and performance consistency will directly affect the efficiency, reliability and precision of the whole machine tools. The reliability and performance of the turret are highly affected by its performance accuracy and consistency, surface integrity and assembly performance; but the research on its performance consistency is rare. Moreover, the tool holder processing consistency is the basis of its performance consistency. In this thesis, the author combined the major science and technology projects with the AK31 CNC turret of Machine Tool Accessory Group as study object, as well as focuses the research on processing consistency. The research is significant by providing a good reference for the promotion of the performance consistency of the CNC turret.The main research content of this article is as follows:(1) Based on the definition of processing consistency, this article defined the processing consistency of the CNC turret, and preliminary determined the consistency of the CNC turret processing consistency. This article also analyzed the impact of the consistency and reliability from the perspective of machining accuracy and surface integrity, analyzed the 5M1 E, as well as established corresponding control system and control method.(2) This article preliminary analyzed the assessment of the CNC turret processing consistency. First, on the basis of the theoretical solution of consistency assessment and the completion progress of CNC turret parts, the author carried out the processing consistency of the double toothed disc precision. Second, in the theoretical basis of the Analytic Hierarchy Process, the author defined the surface integrity including the parts of the surface roughness, residual stress, work hardening, surface topography, surface defects, microstructure, edge quality and other features. Third, the author combined the corresponding expert knowledge to assess the part surface integrity.(3) According to the production process of the AK31, this article first established a process of quality control system, including the collection of data and information, and assessed the ability of the processing step based on the Principal Component Weights. Then the writer calculated the process stability index, and compared these two values.
