Yuxingcao injection was developed in 1970 s, which can be used to clean heat and detoxicate. It is formed by distilled fluid of fresh Houttuynia Cordate with Tween 80. Its main constituents include undecanone, decanoylacetaldehyde,etc. The injection has antivirus,anti-inflammatory, relieving cough and cleaning heat and enhancing immunity, it is widely used in urinary and respiratory injure, and is often called as chinese medicine antibiotic. By 2006,China's National Center for adverse drug reaction Monitring received the injection caused more than 5000 adverses reations including 222 serious side effects and 35 deaths,in 2006 in 7 different kinds of injections.Anaphylactic shock, systemic anaphylaxis and dyspnea attribute to the side effects. It is important to find the answer to this question, and innovate the production routine to diminish the toxic constituents.By researching application of project management on industry, information industry and biomedicine, the study discussed the process improvement and methods, and discovered the disadvantage factors in research and procedure in injection. Based on the characters of injection, features of industry,and the problems in procedure, screening were carried on by the principles and methods of project management. The feasibility was analyzed by the requirements of client and products. By the software of project management, gant, key path diagram and total procedure diagram were drew. In schedule optimization, the duration of key mission was reduced. In schedule control, implementation measures and supporting measures were formed. Finally, the procedure of Yuxingcao injection was Business Proeess Reengineering to solve the problems. The results provides new way for researching the injection of Chinese medicine.
