Polyester industry is one of the most important part of petroleum and chemical industry. Polyester products are widely used in chemical fiber industry, packaging industry, medical and health, automobile and other fields, and all aspects of human life are inseparable. The final polymerization is one of the most important production equipment in the polyester production line. The stable operation of the final polymerization is the guarantee for the stable and efficient production of high quality products. The operation stability of the final polymer depends on the continuous and reliable sealing performance, and the continuous and reliable sealing performance depends on the corresponding of the axis.The hanging support studied by this paper used for final polymerization is used for replacing saddle support to bring better performance of the corresponding of the axis.(1)This paper take the hanging support which is used on the final polymerization designed bt Nanjing Haoyang chemical equipment company as an example.The finite element model is established. The thermal mechanical coupling finite element analysis of hanging support at working temperature is made with the model.The structural strength of the support is verified, and the dangerous area of the structure may be caused by the failure is also found.With all of these analysis,the impact of hanging support on the performance of the corresponding of the axis has been ensured.(2)On this basis, the multi objective optimization theory is introduced.The structural optimization of the structure is based on the strength, quality and deformation.With the power of computer and Ansys Workbench,the Parato solutions have been found.After contrasting these solutions,the best solution for this research has been picked out.(3)By studying the problem of simulation and optimization, a new optimization method for optimizing the position of the position of the hanging support is put forward in this paper.Design a number of parameters of the model of finite element experiment, looking for tthe optimal position of the hanging support.The thermal mechanical coupling finite element analysis of the hanging support has been made to verify the feasibility of this structure.It provides reference and basis for the future design of the hanging support to the designer.
