| As mine shaft connection of underground and surface throat, its security is very important. In the process of pouring and using, it is inevitable to produce visible or invisible cracks and effect by vertical stress and water chemical coupling. So research the concrete under load and chemical coupling effect to improve the service time of concrete has important significance. In this paper, cracks concrete under the action of vertical load and chemical corrosion is studied, through the vertical load test, chemical corrosion test, vertical load and chemical corrosion combination test, analysis different test conditions affect the concrete. The cracks concrete compressive strength and the salt ion content in concrete, analysis vertical load, chemical corrosion, load and chemical corrosion combined action effect on the properties of concrete.Experimental results show that under the action of vertical load of 90 d C50 and C60 concrete compressive strength, increases as the stress ratio increases, when the stress ratio of 25% is the largest. Separate soak in chlorine salt solution and sulphate solution 90 d C60 concrete compressive strength, increases with the concentration of salt solution, while the ion content in concrete decreased with the increase of depth of concrete. Orthogonal experiment show that the influence degree of the concrete cracks on concrete compressive strength from big to small is depth, length, width. Under the action of vertical load together with the chemical corrosion of 90 d C50 and C60 concrete, the compressive strength increases with the increase of stress ratio, 25% is the largest; In solution with cracks concrete compressive strength, from big to small is sulfate solution, chlorine salt solution, mixed solution, the water; As stress ratio increases, soaked in chlorine salt solution, sulfate solution and mixed solution of 0~5mm depth increases gradually, the ion content in C50 concrete is greater than the C60 ion content in the concrete, and under the action of separate sulfate solution and chlorine salt solution ion content in the concrete is greater than the corresponding ion content in the mixed solution. |
