Concluded that chuck friction and wear are m ainly oxidation wear and abrasive wear, adhesive wear is complementary.Adopt the method of finite element analysis simulation is carried out on the clamping force of chuck, detailed describes the process of finite element simulation, this paper briefly describes the geometry during the process of simulation model of simplified boundary conditions, geometric model set, and the setup of the process. The effect factors of chuck clamping force is analyzed, and through the finite element method to carry on the simulation, obtained the chuck friction coefficient, using parameter and jaw materials to chuck the influence law of clamping force. Finally, the experimental method to explore the chuck of dynamic clamping force and speed.
